How it started.
In 2015 I decided to move to England and give up my career as a lawyer and a postgraduate degree in labor law to start my life over in London. My first job was in a clothing store in Piccadilly Circus, London. In 8 years, I bought my own house, visited more than 30 countries, became a master in HR from Westminster University and became an HR Manager, building a solid career in the UK.
I have worked in HR at a leading Brazilian Multinational in the field, taking care of HR in 6 countries here in Europe, including the United Kingdom. Currently, I work as Talent Acquisition Manager in the childcare sector.
How it is going.
In 2021, when I became HR Manager, I shared this achievement on my LinkedIn, reaching over 700,000 people. I was invited to be interviewed by one of the most renowned HR brazilian magazines in Brazil, VOCÊRH, where I shared my professional journey from being a Lawyer in Brazil up to when I became a HR Manager in London.
It was a mark for my career and I am so proud of telling a little bit of my history to their readers. Since then, I have mentored hundreds of professionals in the UK, helping them to create a strategic CV, create a professional LinkedIn profile, prepare for interview, negociate job offers, and land their dream job.
